About me

I started this blog about 3 years ago and it became dormant in 3 months! I am on a mission to bring it back to life and sustain it this time. A lot has changed in my life in these 3 years. I have moved from the windy city to the east coast. I work in one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in the world, New York City. I no longer share my kitchen with my room mates but am the sole chef, owner and the queen of my kitchen. I also went from being single to being married - which means I now cater to my picky husband's eating habits!

I am hoping that "Su's cooking corner" serves not just as my cooking dairy, but as my travel journal and more!
